This impressive structure faces the Council Building and was built in the XIII century. Its most interesting trait is the wide balcony bounded on two sides by a series of high arches, which were demolished and then rebuilt for security reasons between the XIX and XX century. In a niche inside the loggia, you can see a fresco of the Madonna depicted between St. Joseph and St. Andrew. On the side walls are St. Cyriacus and St. Cerbone. The other saint depicted is presumably St. Bernardino (doubt arises due to the absence of the trigram with which the saint is usually represented) or another Franciscan blessed. Nowadays the building hosts a Hotel and a café.
