This experience , called “Olive oil: science and knowledge”, is divided in 2 steps:
You will meet the specialist Alissa Mattei, president of Knoil Association at 11:00 am at the Olive Oil Museum of the Tenuta Cicalino.
Duration: about 2 hours. The visit can be held for a minimum of 4 people, in Italian or English language. Bookings required within Wednesday.
